1. General Introduction & Applicability

This Terms & Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between 987bd (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "our", or "987bd") and any user or member of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "you", "user", or "member").

By starting to use any service through the 987bd website, mobile service, or application, completing registration, or logging in to an account, you are considered to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Definitions

The following terms used in this document are defined as:

4. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you must notify the 987bd support team immediately.

• Never share your login details with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• You are personally responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account.
• 987bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access by a third party.

5. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

987bd supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh for secure and fast transactions.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually within 1 hour.
• It is recommended to request withdrawals using the same method used to deposit funds into the account.
• 987bd reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if a suspicious transaction is detected or anti-money laundering verification is required.
• If identity verification has not been completed before a withdrawal, the payment process may be delayed.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Participation in the 987bd bonus program is entirely voluntary. The following terms apply as soon as a bonus is accepted:

Welcome Bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳34,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bets of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Winnings earned from a bonus offer cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses may have a specific time limit — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless 987bd specifically approves it.
• 987bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of any suspicious behaviour or misuse related to bonuses.
• 987bd reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw an offer at any time.

VIP Program:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
• The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are set by 987bd and are subject to change.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on 987bd are operated through third-party technology providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI). The outcomes of these games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game result, 987bd's decision shall be considered final.
• 987bd reserves the right to review transactions completed during a technical outage.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.

• Conducting money laundering or suspicious or illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other members.
• Hacking the platform's systems, exploiting vulnerabilities, or interfering with security.
• Making false claims or falsifying personal information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in gaming.

If any of the above violations are proven, 987bd reserves the right to confiscate all balance and bonuses in the relevant account and to take legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the 987bd website — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, and the overall layout — is the intellectual property of 987bd. No member or third party may reuse, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.

The software and content of third-party game providers are their own intellectual property and are governed by their respective licence terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 987bd will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by technical failures, server downtime, or loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures caused by an error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Loss caused by problems with a member's own device or software.
• Financial loss or failure to profit from gaming.
• Loss resulting from a member's login details falling into the hands of another person.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

987bd may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Where a member voluntarily requests closure of their own account.
• When requesting self-exclusion related to responsible gaming.

Any valid balance in the account at the time of permanent closure will be returned, but bonus balance will be cancelled.

12. Changes & Amendments

987bd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their account or on the website in the case of important changes.
